What you’ll learn
Capture your birth story
The goal of this curriculum is to bring you to yourself, your vulnerable and beautiful self. Everyone has a birth story and every birth story is different. Giving birth can be one of life's most intense experiences, like many experiences, with time, the details of our birth can fade and our memories disappear. Writing our birth stories down is a powerful way to preserve this history.
Connect with family members
Every detail surrounding your birth has to be recorded here. This is done by connecting with your parents or family members present on the day you were born, you would also find out if they played any special role on that day .
Explore the events surrounding your birth
Did your mother have a long labor? Were you born in the hospital or at home? Did you have a normal delivery or a caesarian section? Some people's mother's died the day they were born. You are to develop and find out the story that has been told about the earliest days of your life. All these are conversations that should be gathered during your birth research.
