your Vocation is where your deep gladness meets the world's deep need.' 'it is what you strive to do in your life. It is the career you want to be in. While your career, on the other hand, is a series of jobs, even a change of professions, in an individual's lifetime.

Identify your joy and how it relates to your career and Vocation

it's never too late or too early to identify and pursue your true passions. Work can feel less of a chore when you're passionate about what you do and more like a fulfilling way to contribute to your neighborhood.
