About the course

Forgiveness is most often not an easy task; it is easy to forgive when an offense is mild, but most times harder when it involves betrayal or even disappointment. Sometimes, we pray and fast but do not get what we desire. Unforgiveness is a strategy that the enemy uses to block our prayers. If you want to be whole, you must understand and practice forgiveness. There is no agreement in prayer without forgiveness (see Matthew 18:19-20).

We have the privilege of being called children of God because of forgiveness. God’s forgiveness grants us access to His presence. We are all debtors and have all been found guilty. We have been sentenced to punishment because of our sins. We do not reach God’s standard, but Jesus paid all our debts and endured punishment on our behalf.  If we have really experienced forgiveness (deliverance from sin), then we should be able to forgive ourselves and others. forgiveness In this module, we will explore what forgiveness and unforgiveness do to us.
