Sexuality is a sacred and sensitive topic.
Instructor: Moses SowaleLanguage: English
Sexuality is a sacred and sensitive topic. It can feel uncomfortable to talk about, but it is important for our mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual health to understand and talk about sexuality. Sexuality has become a growing concern among young people, especially children in elementary school, and we cannot just ask them to shut up by not asking questions. It's high time Christian bodies stop demonizing sexuality and bring what is hidden to light.
In Genesis chapter 3, Adam and Eve were naked and not ashamed. When shame came in, they began to hide their bodies. Paul said in Ephesians 5:11 that we should have nothing to do with the secret works of darkness but rather expose them; that is, bring them to light. The devil is using sexuality to his advantage in this generation. The enemy has perverted sexuality. The devil does not like light; he thrives in darkness. But if you can bring your sexuality to the light of God, no matter what, you will find a solution. In this module, we will discuss the purpose of sexuality and how you can navigate your sexuality.
It can be a very liberating, exciting, and fulfilling experience to discover your sexuality.
God created our sexuality, and we should be free to talk about it without a hinge of guilt.
Sexuality influences how we dress, talk, and interact with others, as well as how we think about and imagine things.
